The LAB-2080 core trainer is a four-wheel gliding home fitness device. It features welded steel frame, four silent PU sliding rollers, central PU cushion pad and side hanging hole. Users kneel on the PU pad and glide the unit back and forth to perform body-weight resistance training for core muscles. There is no gear-adjustment mechanism; training difficulty is controlled by gliding distance. It mainly exercises upper abs, lower abs and obliques. Ideal for home use and small personal-training studios for both fitness beginners and advanced enthusiasts.
1.Robust Steel Frame: Welded metal steel frame delivers stable structure, resists twisting and deformation for long-term durable training.
2.Silent PU Gliding Rollers: Four PU rollers ensure smooth, low-noise gliding on hard floors without scratching floor surfaces.
3.PU Cushion Pad: Central PU pad cushions knee pressure and relieves discomfort during kneeling workouts.
4.Side Hanging-Hole Design: Built-in hanging hole on frame allows hanging-mode storage to save home space.
5.Wear-Resistant Construction: PU rollers and cushion pad resist abrasion and cracking under regular-training conditions.
6.OEM Customization Available: Metal nameplate or silk-screen logo printing on frame; custom frame colors are supported for cross-border bulk orders.

Usage Instructions
1.Place the core trainer on flat, dry hard ground.
2.Kneel on the central PU cushion pad, keep neutral body posture and brace your abdominal core.
3.Engage abdominal muscles to push the trainer forward. When reaching your controllable maximum glide distance, pull the trainer backward to starting position using core strength.
4.Repeat movements and adjust gliding distance gradually.
Notes: Keep core braced throughout training; avoid lumbar sagging. Not recommended for users with pre-existing lumbar injuries. Do NOT use on carpets or soft mats, which may cause roller jamming or slipping. Never stand or step on the unit.
I.Selection
Q: Can I adjust difficulty on this core trainer?
A: There is no gear-adjustment structure. Training intensity is controlled by gliding distance; longer gliding distance brings higher difficulty.
II.Material
Q: Will PU rollers wear out or get stuck?
A: Rollers stay smooth and wear-resistant on hard flat floors. Sandy or gritty surfaces will accelerate roller abrasion and should be avoided.
Q: Will the steel frame get rusty?
A: Anti-rust powder-coating is applied. Keep unit dry; wipe it after exposure to humid environment.
III. Specification
Q: Can product dimensions be modified?
A: OEM dimension modification is available subject to minimum-order-quantity (MOQ).
IV. Usage
Q: Can I use it on carpet?
A: Not recommended. Carpets may cause roller jamming. Hard surfaces such as tile or wooden floor are preferred.
Q: Is it suitable for users with waist-discomfort issues?
A: Not advised for users with lumbar injuries. Even healthy users must keep core braced and prevent lumbar sagging during exercise.
V.Customization
Q: Can I customize my brand logo?
A: Metal nameplate and frame silk-screen logo are supported subject to MOQ.
VI.Sample
Q: Can I request samples?
A: In-stock samples are available. Buyer shall bear sample-related freight cost.
VII. Packaging
Q: Can I get custom-printed color boxes?
A: Custom color-box service is available upon meeting MOQ requirements.
VIII. Maintenance & Care
Q: How do I clean and maintain the core trainer?
A: Wipe steel frame, PU rollers and cushion pad with damp cloth. Store in dry and ventilated place; keep away from moisture.
Q: What should I do if rollers make abnormal noise?
A: Clear debris trapped between rollers. Stop using immediately if severe roller wear occurs.
