Do you provide product warranty?
Yes, we provide a warranty service for our products (the warranty period varies by product category). For non-human damage quality problems within the warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts or solution support.
How do you control the product quality?
We have a strict quality control system, with full-process inspection from raw material procurement, production processing to finished product delivery. Each batch of products will be randomly inspected, and the quality inspection report can be provided as required.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes! we are happy to offer sample service. You only need to bear the sample cost and shipping fee. The sample cost can be refunded when you place a bulk order that meets the agreed quantity.
We can also offer detailed photo of custom sample so that the sample fee and shipping fee can be saved.
Do You Accept OEM/ODM Customization?
Yes. Project-based customization may include product color, logo, packaging, material, size or product configuration, depending on the product and order quantity. Send us your product list, artwork and target specifications for a feasibility review.
