Usage Instructions
1.Lay the gym ball flat and inflate it to 80-85% capacity to reserve proper deformation space.
2.Perform yoga, core, stretching and other training movements on clean, flat indoor floors.
3.After use, wipe the ball surface with a slightly damp soft cloth and store it in a cool and ventilated place.
Precautions
1.Keep away from gravel, metal, scissors and other sharp objects. This product has no anti–burst function; puncture will lead to fast air leakage.
2.Keep away from high-heat sources and avoid prolonged direct sunlight to prevent PVC aging and cracking.
3.Do not allow children to bounce on the ball without adult supervision. This equipment is not a bounce toy.
4.Never over-inflate the ball. Excessive inflation increases risk of product damage.

Q: How do I select the proper gym ball size?
A: 45 cm for height 140-150 cm; 55 cm for 150-160 cm; 65 cm for 160-170 cm; 75 cm for 170-185 cm; 85 cm for height above 185 cm.
II.Material
Q: Is this an anti–burst gym ball? Will it deflate slowly when punctured?
A: This model is not anti-burst. It will leak air rapidly once pierced by sharp items. Always keep the working environment free of sharp hazards.
Q: Does the PVC ball age easily?
A: It serves well under normal indoor conditions. Prolonged sunlight exposure, oil contamination and sharp scratches will accelerate aging and damage.

Q: What is the correct inflation level?
A: Inflate to 80-85% capacity. The ball should yield slightly under pressure; do not inflate until rock-hard.
Q: Can non–standard custom sizes be produced?
A: Special non-standard sizes are available via OEM upon meeting minimum-order-quantity (MOQ).
IV. Usage
Q: Can I use the gym ball on sandy ground?
A: Not recommended. Sand grains will scratch the ball surface and cause air leakage. Only clean flat indoor floors are suitable.
Q: Can children bounce on top of the ball?
A: No. This is not a bouncing toy. Children must use this product under full adult supervision.
