This fitness flex bar is a glass-fiber high-frequency vibration training rod fitted with anti-slip TPR handles and TPR end counterweights. It generates high-frequency vibration to activate deep muscle groups. Multiple resistance levels accommodate beginners, rehabilitation users and advanced athletes. Ideal for core, shoulder-neck, arm and lower-back training, posture correction and muscle relaxation. Lightweight and portable for home and office workouts.
This fitness flex bar features a high-toughness glass-fiber flexible shaft, NBR-encapsulated counterweights at both ends and anti-slip TPR middle handles. Manual shaking creates rapid reciprocating vibration to deliver continuous muscular stimulation. Multiple resistance grades are available: low-resistance for beginners and rehabilitation users, medium-resistance for daily home fitness, and high-resistance for professional athletes. It delivers anti-vibration resistance training for multiple muscle groups, including core activation, rotator-cuff & arm strengthening, lower-back conditioning, posture correction, muscle relaxation and injury-rehabilitation exercise.
1.Vibration Training: Creates sustained high-frequency vibration when shaken, amplifying training load and engaging deep small muscle groups within short sessions.
2.Bend-Resistant Toughness: Fatigue-proof glass-fiber shaft resists fracture and permanent deformation with stable rebound under repeated flexing.
3.Anti-Slip Grip: Textured handle surface ensures secure hold even with sweaty palms for comfortable handling.
4.Stable Counterweights: Firmly assembled end counterweights stay secure with no rattling during vigorous shaking.
5.Lightweight & Portable: Moderate overall weight, no external power source required for on-the-spot workouts anywhere.
6.Durable Construction: Rubber counterweights resist impact and cracking for extended service life.

Usage Instructions
1.Grasp the central handle firmly with both hands, shoulder-width grip.
2.Shake up-and-down with small arm movements to produce continuous high-frequency bar vibration; keep arms relatively stable and let bar vibration drive muscle loading.
3.Core Training: Hold bar in front of abdomen while shaking; brace your core and feel abdominal muscle vibration.
4.Rotator-Cuff & Arm Training: Raise bar to chest height or side-horizontal position and shake to exercise shoulder-arm muscles.
5.Lower-Back Training: Lean slightly forward, hold bar in front of torso and shake to strengthen lower-back musculature.
6.30-60 seconds per set; rest 30-60 seconds between sets. Adjust total sets according to personal fitness level.
7.Notes: Do NOT use during acute-pain phases or for severe shoulder-neck injuries. Keep movement amplitude moderate.
I.Selection
Q: Which resistance level should I choose?
A: Low-resistance for rehabilitation users, beginners and females; medium-resistance for general home fitness; high-resistance for experienced fitness-oriented users.
II.Material
Q: What is the shaft made of? Can it snap?
A: Shaft is glass fiber. It will not break under normal shaking training. Avoid violent bending, stomping or dropping to prevent damage.
Q: Will counterweights fall off?
A: Secure assembly prevents loosening in normal use. Cease use immediately if any loosening occurs.
III. Specification
Q: What is the difference between resistance grades?
A: Differences lie in shaft hardness and overall weight. Higher-resistance bars require more shaking force and deliver stronger muscular stimulation.
Q: Can I shorten the bar length?
A: Standard length is fixed at 160 cm. Do NOT cut it yourself as this will alter vibration performance. Contact factory for custom-length OEM production.
IV. Usage
Q: How long should I train each session?
A: 30-60 seconds per set, 3-5 sets per workout. Avoid excessive continuous shaking to prevent over-fatigue.
Q: Can I use it with shoulder pain?
A: Low-intensity activation is acceptable for chronic peri-shoulder discomfort. Avoid use during acute-injury phases and follow medical advice.
Q: Can it be used for muscle relaxation?
A: Yes. Hold the handle and apply vibrating bar surface against thighs or back for vibratory relaxation.
V.Customization
Q: Are custom logos and colors supported?
A: Silk-screen logo printing and custom colors are available subject to minimum-order-quantity (MOQ) requirements.
VI.Sample
Q: Can I request product samples?
A: Stock standard samples are available for purchase. Custom-logo samples require additional lead-time for prototyping.
VII. Packaging
Q: Can I get custom-printed color boxes?
A: Yes, custom color-box service is available. Customer-supplied artwork is required and MOQ applies.
VIII. Maintenance & Care
Q: How do I clean and maintain the flex bar?
A: Wipe handle and shaft surface with damp cloth. Do NOT submerge in water. Store in cool dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
Q: Is the bar still usable if shaft cracks appear?
A: Stop using right away if cracks or damage occur to prevent shaft-break-related injury.
